The 1120 is a bike-packer's dream. A rugged all-terrain frame, 29+ tyres, an included rack system and a mountain-ready spec, like a 1x drive train, add up to a touring bike with unlimited off-road capability. This bike is built to explore the most extreme back-country destinations in the farthest reaches of the world, and it's great for fast overnight bike-packing trips and sub-24s, too.

You live for freedom, value self reliance and want a ride for bike-packing and off-road touring in places other bikes simply can't take you. 1120 is for the crazy among us and those who feel most at home under the stars. If filling in the last uncharted parts of the map is your thing, 1120 is the thing to do it on.

Aluminium frame with adjustable rear horizontal sliding dropout, a carbon fork, our proprietary rack system and optional bag holsters that secure and protect 8-litre dry bags of your choice, a wide-range 1x12 Shimano drivetrain, Shimano 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes for superior stopping power, 29+ tyres and a Bontrager Line dropper post that makes it easy to mount, dismount and descend while loaded.

The bike you get if you're after real adventures. Every part of 1120 is made for better bike-packing and built to take on the burliest trails you can find. Included racks, trail-specific spec and 29+ wheels make 1120 the perfect shred sled for epic exploration.
- This bike expands boundaries and lets you escape, and it's equipped with the right spec so you can just pack it and go
- The included rack and optional durable harness system makes it easy to secure 8L bags in the rear rack and additional gear up front for the best packing balance
- So many mounting features let you set up your ideal expedition ride as you see fit
- It's also an outstanding mountain bike - if you're looking to shred, just pull off the racks
- The horizontal sliding dropout lets you dial in your geometry and easily converts to singlespeed if your derailleur busts out in the wild

You almost forgot your pedals
This bike doesn't come with pedals because you'll have a better ride if you choose your own. Explore the pedal guide to find the best pedals for your riding style. Reach for flat pedals for simple versatility or go for clipless MTB pedals if you want control and efficiency.

Order your new bike from us and one of our team will hand deliver it to your home or place of work. We use a specialist 'white glove' courier trained by ourselves.

For peace of mind, every bike comes fully assembled and PDI’d by one of our Cytech mechanics – not your usual bike in a box delivery as some other shops offer.

Due to current demand for our bikes, please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days for delivery. We will call you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

GET UP TO 39% OFF THE COST OF YOUR NEW BIKE: HAPPY CYCLE TO WORK DAY

The UK’s Cycle To Work Scheme has been in place for over 20 years now, offering fantastic discounts to tens of thousands of riders.

The Cycle To Work Scheme, is offered through many thousands of employers in the UK and applies to bikes of all types, whether it’s road, MTB or hybrid, and that includes e-bikes too.

About the Cycle To Work Scheme

Introduced in 1999, the scheme aims to encourage employees to commute on their bike for environmental, traffic congestion and health reasons. It also enables companies to demonstrate that they’re looking after the wellbeing of their people.

Obviously, you’re supposed to use the bike for commuting – and we are massive supporters of getting to work this way – but it’s fine to buy a bike that’s built for the trails. Your employer owns the bike until you pay the final ownership fee, which is based on the “fair market value” of it at the end of that period.

As well as your new bike, you can use the scheme to buy accessories, such as helmets and bags, though these have to be ostensibly for your commute. So, no full face masks, for example. If you don’t have a lock, we strongly advise that you get one along with your bike as you’re liable for the Cycle To Work payments, even if it gets stolen while you’re paying it off.

How does the Cycle To Work Scheme work?

This is a salary sacrifice scheme for people aged 18 and over where the monthly payment for your bike is taken out before tax and National Insurance are deducted. Because your contribution is taken before tax, you pay off more per month for less. So, for a bike costing £1,200, £100 is taken from your salary every month but it only costs you £68 because the other £32 would have normally gone to the tax man, right? So, you pay 12 instalments of £68 and a final ownership fee of £300, totalling £1,116. If your salary puts you in the higher tax brackets, you actually save more but you get the gist.

I’m interested. What do I need to do?

Firstly, find out which scheme your employer is enrolled in and therefore where you can buy your bike from. We work with a number of Cycle To Work providers, including cyclescheme.co.uk, cycleplus and Bikes for the NHS.

Then you need to speak to your HR department and request a certificate, bring it to us and we’ll redeem it against the cost of your bike and accessories. The salary sacrifice commences from your next pay packet.

To get a bike on the scheme, your employer needs to sign up to a provider. If they’re unsure about how to do this, send them to us and we’ll help.
