The Fluid bike trainer's fluid progressive resistance matches your effort without hardly making a sound, no adjustments needed. Plus, the Fluid comes with a durable and foldable trainer frame.

Included in the box is a Saris Speed/Cadence sensor turning your basic trainer into a smart trainer to connect with Zwift/Rouvy etc.
