His outstanding work over many years has included helping hundreds of children learn to ride, opening up the health benefits of cycling to people with additional needs and giving tourism in the North York Moors a boost through his appearances in national media.

Dalby Forest Cycle Hub (DFCH) is operated as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, and part of its offer is a range of courses for all ages and abilities. Rob's 'Learn to Ride in 90 Minutes’ programme has not just taught cycling skills to young participants but also instilled in them confidence and the benefits of being outdoors.
His passion has paved the way for people with additional needs to experience the enjoyment of cycling in the breathtaking venue that is Dalby Forest, as DFCH is almost uniquely a 'full service' mountain and e-bike hire centre for all riders of whatever age and ability.
In addition to DFCH's fleet of mountain and e-mountain bikes, Rob has carefully developed a fleet of high end, e-adapted bikes with electric assistance to enable everybody to get cycling.
Rob also works closely with specialist schools and disability groups to understand and overcome challenges, ensuring everyone finds the perfect e-adapted bike at Dalby Forest Cycle Hub.
