I wasn't approached by the the staff just a friendly hello and the usual friendly ,,"if you need any help just ask" comment which I like. No pushy sales. Great people to talk to. Alistair helped me along the way. I'm one of those people who know what I like and the knowledge of Alistair helped guide me to the bike just right. "
